Ecohort worked with Banksmeadow Public School during 2016. We delivered a range of engagement and communication activities to build understanding about the value and care of the endangered Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub within their school grounds. Our support included; teacher professional development workshop, designing a curriculum linked student resource, connecting the school to a network of environmental education providers and delivering a whole school and community environment day in the endangered bushland within their school.
