Maxwell’s Creek Reserve, off Kurrajong Road, Prestons – Bush regeneration and re-vegetation works throughout 2008. These works included bush regeneration weed control, re-vegetation of Cumberland Plain Woodland, and Shale Gravel Transition Forest, and a 12 month maintenance period.
Baulderstone and Hornibrook 2007 – 2009
Second Ponds Creek, Windsor Rd Upgrade, Rouse Hill – Bush regenerator and restoration project works for the Roads and Traffic Authority, and Baulderstone Hornibrook. These works included utilising bushland regeneration weed control techniques, and bushland reconstruction plantings, to restore local native and endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland, and Riverflat Forest plant associations, at the site, and to make these areas resistant to future weed colonization and establishment-related threats throughout the designated project areas. Particular attention was also given to ensure the preservation of habitat for the Cumberland Plain Land Snail.
Viewbrook Investments 2006 – 2009
Lot 7 and part of Lot 5, 356 Old Windsor Rd Seven Hills – Vegetation management plan works. These works involved bushland regeneration weed control and bushland reconstruction plantings to restore local native Cumberland Plain Woodland, Riverflat Forest, and Shale Sandstone Transition Forest, plant associations at the site, and to make these areas resistant to future weed colonization. This project also involved the design, supply, installation and management of a temporary irrigation system.
